Bridge Building

This month, we explored the arch structure and the physics behind the structure. We discovered that an arch shape has great strength and that it was commonly used in bridge building in the past.
We were given the challenge of building an arched bridge 4 inches high,  that could support a maths book, using just 3 History Quests and 12 inches of tape.
