Juniors, Rang 1 and Rang 5 were very lucky to have Master Damien and his helpers from the Irish Taekwondo Academy in school to teach us some basic moves. We learned beginners poses and forms and we learned how to listen carefully to the master and be respectful. Thanks so much Master Damien for giving up your time to teach us.
