The sister duo of Maeve Óg and Sinéad O Leary put the 5th and 6th class through their paces with a workout and fitness class. Maeve Óg, who plays rugby for the Ireland Women's team, also spoke about health and fitness and what is involved in playing rugby for Ireland. 

We started each morning with 10 minutes of music to wake us up for the day! Thanks to 5th and 6th class for making the playlists and leading the dancing each morning.

Thanks to Master Damien and some of his helpers for teaching us some kicks and blocks in Taekwondo.

Juniors, Seniors and First really enjoyed Buddy PE with their buddies in 4th, 5th and 6th.
