Ballina Killaloe R.F.C. Athletic development and Skills Camp

Ballina Killaloe R.F.C. are seeking interested participants in an Athletic Development and Skills Camp. It is aimed at primary school students from 4th, 5th and 6th Classes aged 9-14 years.

VENUE: Clarisford Park
DATES:  10th and 11th June and 17th and 18th June
TIMES:   9.30am - 1.30pm
FEE:         €50 per participant (please note the €50 covers both​ weekends!)

The camp covers the following: age grade bodyweight conditioning, rugby skills and laws, sports nutrition, speed/agility training,  and rugby-specific small sided games.
